All students participating in FHSAA-sanctioned sports must create an individual student-athlete account on AthleticClearance.com. This platform will now be used to determine eligibility and manage all required paperwork.

Please keep in mind:

• Every student-athlete must have an account—regardless of whether forms have already been submitted in the past or are being turned in for the first time.
• A parent or guardian is responsible for creating and managing the account on behalf of the student.
• Any previously submitted eligibility forms will be entered and tracked through the new system.
